Refund policy

All sales are final. Zero Motion is digital software that’s delivered and ready to use as soon as you buy it, so we don’t offer refunds.

Before you buy

Please check that Zero Motion fits your Mac: it needs macOS 26 or later, and instant desktop switching needs macOS 26.6 or later. The FAQ explains what it changes and what it doesn’t.

Right of withdrawal

By completing your purchase you ask for Zero Motion to be delivered immediately and agree that you lose your right of withdrawal once the license is delivered. This affects the statutory 14-day right that consumers in the EU, EEA, Switzerland and the UK have for purchases of digital content.

Your legal rights

This policy doesn’t limit any rights you have under consumer protection law that can’t be waived. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, the Merchant of Record for all our orders, which handles any refund that the law requires.

Problems

If Zero Motion doesn’t work as described, contact us at support@zero-motion.io and we’ll help. You can always undo everything Zero Motion changed with Restore Original Settings.
